Getting Started

ATHLETICA doesn't use email or password sign-in. To join a team, tap Sign Up, enter the team code your coach gave you, then enter your name and a few profile details. If you don't have a team code, ask your coach — they can find it under their team settings.

Common Questions

• I forgot my team code. Ask your coach — team codes are managed on their end and can be resent or looked up anytime.
• I want to switch between multiple teams/accounts. Use the account switcher from the sign-in screen to jump between any accounts you've previously signed into on this device.
• I want to delete my account. Go to Settings inside the app and choose Delete Account. This removes your profile, photos, and training history. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
• Something's not working right. Email us at the address above with a description of what happened (and a screenshot if you have one) and we'll look into it.
